Cruise Passenger Falls To Death
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A guest on a cruise ship docked at Miami's port has died after falling in a restricted area.
The Carnival Ecstasy entered PortMiami's Terminal E at 7:25 a.m. on Monday, That's when a 20-year-old male passenger sneaked into a restricted area and climbed onto the ship's forward mast, Carnival officials said.
The guest reportedly fell from an upper deck, approximately 16 to 20 feet up.
The ship's medical team initially treated the man, who was severely injured and bleeding. He was taken to Ryder Trauma Center, where he later died from his injuries.

Miami-Dade police said this appears to be an accident and do not suspect any foul play.
The man's identity has not been released.
