MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Investigators have released photos of an armed bank robber in Miami asking for the community for help in capturing the crook.

It happened Sunday afternoon, August 14th, at the TD Bank at 720 N.W. 57th Avenue.

The suspect entered the bank armed with a shotgun and demanded money from the teller, carrying a distinctive grey bag with a pink zipper.

No shots were fired and no customers were inside the bank at the time.

Police believe the criminal got into a newer model blue Cadillac Escalade.

The incident marks the third TD Bank branch robbed this weekend in Miami-Dade County. However, so far, investigators do not believe any of the robberies are linked.

If anyone has information as to the identity of this bank robber, they are urged to call the FBI at (754) 703-2000 or Crime Stoppers at (305) 471-TIPS.
