Crews Working To Clean Up SW Dade Sewer Line Break
SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE (CBS4) - Cleanup is underway in Southwest Miami-Dade after a contractor nicked a sewer line Tuesday afternoon, sending raw sewage into the street.
The break in the 12-inch sewer line happened at the corner of Southwest 112th Avenue and Southwest 107th Street.
Late Tuesday, crews were able to stop the leak, but drivers are still being asked to avoid the area. Residents are also being advised to conserve water and avoid recreational activities in the canals.
