Craigslist Sale Leads To Robbery
MIAMI (CBSMiami.com) – Craigslist has proven to be a great resource for people to sell off goods or find apartments and jobs. But sometimes, the deal doesn't go exactly as both parties wanted.
According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, two people selling cell phones traveled to Boynton Beach Tuesday night to meet two people who wanted to buy the phones.
But, when the sellers arrived at the 1300 block of SW 1st Street in Boynton Beach, they were robbed instead.
According to the Sun-Sentinel, two men pointed handguns at the cell phone owners and demanded all of their goods. The victims reportedly gave the robbers two iPhones, a Blackberry, two wallets, and the car keys.
The robbers left the car and drove off in a black Nissan Pathfinder, the Sun-Sentinel reported.
