Coral Springs Man Pleads Not Guilty To Child Porn Charges
FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami.com) – A Coral Springs man who was arrested last year on multiple counts of child pornography, pled not guilty to the charges Friday morning.
John Jefferson Field, 66, was arrested in late November after he allegedly took photographs of young girls who were showering at Deerfield Beach.
Three lifeguards spotted Field taking pictures of young girls and notified authorities.
Field reportedly told deputies that he was a pedophile and when police searched his computer, they reportedly found 50,000 images of child pornography. Most of the porn was of girls between the ages of one and twelve.
A $1.5 million bond was given to Field and his next court date has been scheduled for March 1.
