Coral Springs Man Found Shot
CORAL SPRINGS (CBSMiami) - Coral Springs police are investigating after a man is found shot to death in the 5300 block of 126 Ave. Sunday evening.
Authorities say a woman on scene had to be rushed to the hospital.
Coral Springs Police spokesman Lt. Joe McHugh says they got a call at about 8:20 Sunday night.
They found a man dead in the street from a gunshot wound, McHugh said.
He said a woman on scene suffered non-life threatening injuries. He did not specify the type of injuries she sustained.
The relationship between the deceased man and the injured woman is not yet clear.
The woman was taken to North Broward Medical Center where she was questioned by police.
Their identities have not yet been released.
Police are not searching for any suspects a they believe the man and woman were the only two people involved in the altercation.
