Chalmers Expected To Play Against Wizards
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami Heat point Guard Mario Chalmers will be back on the court Friday, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Chalmers sat during Wednesday night's game due to a hand injury. The Heat lost to the Orlando Majic 102-89. Rookie Norris Cole took Chalmers place in the line-up and scored 9 points and handed out four assists.
The Palm Beach Post reported that even with a swollen left hand, Chalmers will play Friday night against the Wizards.
For the season, Chalmers averages 11.4 points and 3.9 assists per game and is shooting 50 percent from the field.
