MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Some celebrities of Cuban descent took to social media to offer their thoughts on former Cuban leader Fidel Castro's death.
Singer Gloria Estefan penned a power response on her Instagram account.

While she said "the death of a human being is rarely cause for celebration," she believes the Cuban exile community can now breathe a sigh of "relief that has been long in coming."
Her husband, Emilio Estefan, thanked those who have sacrificed everything to bring political freedom to Cuba.
