Broward Salvation Army Seeking 125 Paid Bell-Ringers
FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) — How would you like to get paid and help a great cause?
The Salvation Army of Broward County needs to hire 125 energetic and outgoing seasonal bell ringers to help with fundraising efforts.
On Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
CBS4 news partner The Miami Herald reports a job fair for prospective bell ringers will be held on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The job fair will be held at the Salvation Army Corps Community Center, 100 SW Ninth Avenue in Fort Lauderdale.
Bell ringers will be paid $8 an hour and must be available to work 10- to 12-hour shift Monday through Saturday. They'll be working Nov. 16-Dec. 24.
Donations to the Red Kettles stay local, supporting programs in the communities in which they were received.
