Broward Man Charged With Possession Of Child Porn

FT. LAUDERDALE (CBS4) - A Broward man was taken into custody and charged after members of the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force reportedly found a number of pornographic videos featuring children on his computer.

The Broward Sheriff's Office, which is part of the task force, said they received information which led them to 32-year old John Torres. Investigators obtained a search warrant and seized Torres' computer. On it they allegedly found 20 child porn videos. Investigators say Torres did not have any contact with the children in the videos.

He's being held on $50 thousand bond.
