PEMBROKE PINES (CBSMiami) -- A Pembroke Pines man accused of being a prowler and a peeping Tom will stay in jail for now.
A judge ordered Pelayo Cerulia held without bond Friday. Cerulia turned himself into police on Thursday with his attorney.
He's alleged to have preyed on women for the past two years, showing up at their bedroom windows and harassing them.
Should he eventually get bond, the judge ordered that he'd wear a GPS tracking device.
