FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - Residents of Palm Aire Village West can once again drink and cook with the water coming out of the tap.
On Tuesday, a precautionary boil water advisory for the neighborhood was lifted. The affected area stretched from W McNab Road to Cypress Creek Road and from NW 31st to 35th avenues.
The advisory was issued after one inch water line was damaged a few days ago. The line was repaired and the health department has been checking samples daily to determine when the water would be safe to drink again.
