While this spot may surprise you because you've probably never heard of it, it won't be a surprise after you taste their burgers.  Geesh,
they're really, really good.  Everything tastes fresh and it should because the burgers are made to order.  Pair them up with the grill's french fries, which are incredibly good, or onion rings.  For the more adventurous, get the 'frings', a large serving of fries and onion rings.

While Lulu's menu is mostly Louisiana and Cajun style fare, their burgers are right up there.  You can either get the Lulu's Cheeseburger, a half pound burger topped with cheese and cooked any way you like it.  Or you can try the Black and Bleu Burger, a blackened burger topped with crispy bacon and bleu cheese. Lulu's is located at Beach Place right across the street from Ft. Lauderdale beach.

Sitting beachside having a burger, is there really anything better?  At Oceans Eleven you are literally on the beach.  Well actually you are on Hollywood's Broadwalk with the beach in spittin' distance.  But it's not polite to spit while others are eating, so don't.  While the burgers here may not be Hall of Fame material, they are really, really good. All of the food is reasonably priced and the view of the beach makes it worth the trip.

Since we couldn't find any really good burgers beachside in Miami-Dade, we had to cheat and move two blocks inland to Collins Avenue where you'll find Big Pink. The burgers, which are big and juicy, are made to order.  For those with huge appetites, try the double-decker Pink Daddy Mack, a huge double stacked burger with 'pink' sauce and fries.  One taste of Big Pink's burgers and you'll be back. One really nice thing about Big Pink is that the prices are reasonable for South Beach and the portions are large.
