Tobacco Road is Miami's oldest bar. It survived Al Capone and Prohibition, cocaine cowboys and plenty of hurricanes, went through a few shut downs ordered by Moral Squads in the 40s and by the governor in the 80s, and it's now the go-to spot for hip crowds of Miami's financial district, students and tourists alike. Wednesday is ladies night with $1 drinks, live jazz sessions and no cover. College students will also appreciate Tobacco Road's Tuesday dinner special. Lobster served up with garlic mashed potatoes and slaw for just $12.99 means you can eat like a king on a jester's budget.
