B&C Morning Show: Jim Courier Breaks Down The US Open With Boomer & Carton
Tennis legend Jim Courier dropped by the Allstate Studio on Wednesday to promote Champion's Series Tennis, which kicks off in five weeks down in Florida. And with the US Open starting in just a matter of days, it seemed like the perfect time to bring Jimmy in for a chat.
Right off the bat, Courier felt the need to clear the air over the controversy surrounding his botched ground ball from the charity softball game at Yankee Stadium in late June. Craig had been killing Jim for committing an error on that grounder that he claims cost their team the game.
Then came the hard-hitting analysis. Find out why Courier believes we aren't seeing a lot of American talent out on the tennis court these days, as well as the value of grunting during tennis matches.
Jim gave Boomer & Carton an American player to keep our eye on as well as his dark-horse pick to win the upcoming US Open at Flushing Meadows.
Courier even gave his take on the now-infamous A.J. Burnett possible-middle-finger picture. All this and more, right here!
