Autopsy To Determine Cause Of Tamarac Man's Death
TAMARAC (CBSMiami/AP) – The Broward Sheriff's Office is waiting for the results of an autopsy to determine the cause of death of an elderly man found floating in a Tamarac canal.
Broward Sheriff's Office homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances that led up to the apparent drowning. The body of Brian Eccles, 75, was discovered floating in the canal behind his duplex Saturday morning.
Investigators say he lived alone and believe he may have accidentally fallen into the canal. They do not suspect foul play.
