Attorneys File Motion To Stop Casey Anthony's Return To Orlando
ORLANDO (CBS4) - Attorneys for Casey Anthony have filed a motion to stop efforts to have her returned to Orlando for probation.
The attorneys filed the motion Tuesday, shortly before the Orange County Courthouse closed for the day. Anthony left prison last month after a jury acquitted her of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. She has disappeared from public view.
Earlier this week, an Orlando judge corrected a probation order from an unrelated case. The judge says Anthony must serve a year of probation from check fraud charges now that she is out of jail.
Anthony's attorneys contend the order can't be amended since it was made more than 60 days after the original order was signed.
