Arrest Made In Miramar House Fire, Death

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A man accused of starting a fire in Miramar home with a woman inside has been taken into custody.
Miguel Castano-Herrera, 56, started the fire in the home in the 6600 block of SW 20th Street on January 16th, according to police.
When firefighters entered the residence, they found Sivieta Diaz unconscious with serious injuries. The pulled her from the burning home and rushed her to Memorial Regional Hospital where she died three days later.
Diaz worked at the coffee window at La Carreta in Hialeah for the past 17 years.
Castano-Herrera knew Diaz, according to police.
He's been charged with arson and premeditated murder.
