Arizona Fugitive Nabbed In Coconut Grove Marina
MIAMI (CBS4) - A fugitive on the run from Arizona authorities was arrested in Coconut Grove Wednesday after being tracked down by the U.S. Marshals.
Robert Van Gundy, 29, is wanted for several crimes including Sexual Conduct with a Minor and Luring A Minor for Sexual Exploitation.
Federal officials say Van Gundy had been preparing to flee on a sailboat out of Dinner Key marina. On that boat were several rounds of ammunition.
