Amber Alert Issued For 11-Year-Old Clearwater Girl
CLEARWATER (CBS4) – A statewide Amber Alert has been issued for an 11-year-old from Clearwater, Florida.
Authorities say Savanna Emanuelle Demetro was last seen in Clearwater around 4 p.m. Thursday. Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies say the girl left her house to go to the movies and never came back.
Savanna is suspected to be with an unknown male in a vehicle and believed to be in danger, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Officials also said she could have left the Tampa Bay area.
Demetro is white, about 5-foot-6-inches tall, weighs 220 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and black skirt.
Anyone with information on the girl's whereabouts is asked to call 911, or the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office at 727-582-6779.
