A-Rod Puts Miami Manse Up For Sale
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Ever want to live like a rock start dating a supermodel? Or how about a star athlete dating a movie star celeb? Well, now you can for a cool $38 million.
That's the asking price New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez wants for his 20,000 square foot Miami mansion on Biscayne Bay, according to the New York Daily News.
A-Rod bought the nine bedroom, 11 bath home for $24 million when he was dating Cameron Diaz, according to paper. He then had a number of improvements made to it including a gym complete with steam room and batting cage.
In addition to a spacious theater room, the home was outfitted with white oak floors and white coral colored rock throughout. In the back it has an infinity pool along the 275 waterfront property.
Rodriguez broke up with Diaz before it was complete. It's not clear if he ever lived there.
