A Perfect Night For Trick Or Treating
MIAMI (CBS4) – Moms and dads across South Florida may be wondering whether Wednesday nights weather will be a 'trick or treat' when they take their little ghouls and goblins door to door in search of candy.
Well, according to CBS4 meteorologist Lissette Gonzalez, there will be nothing scary weather-wise across South Florida this Halloween.
Wednesday morning there was a chill in the air with some areas dipping into the low 50s. In Miami, the morning low was 56 degrees which flirted with the record low of 55 degrees set back in 1938.
Wednesday afternoon will be comfortable with highs in the upper 70s and plenty of bright sunshine.
Trick or treaters will enjoy the low 70s this evening around 6 p.m. By 8 p.m. temperatures will cool down to the upper 60s. So parents may want to bring a sweater or light jacket for the kids. Lows will fall to the low 60s near the coast and the upper 50s inland overnight.
The rest of the week temperatures will creep back up with lows back in the upper 60s and highs in the low 80s by the weekend.
