Chris Bosh Named To Eastern Conference All-Star Team
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A congratulations is in-order to Heat star Chris Bosh who was selected as a reserve for the Eastern Conference All-Stars team.
The announcement that Bosh will make his ninth All-Star appearance at the 63rd annual NBA All-Star Game was made Thursday night by the NBA.
Bosh, in a vote by the NBA head coaches, will join fellow teammates LeBron James and Dwyane Wade, both named as starters following the fans vote, on the team for the fourth consecutive year.
Bosh has been selected as an All-Star nine times, and this is his seventh time as a reserve. In his previous seven games, Bosh averaged 11.9 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.3 assists while shooting 50.7 percent from the field.
The game will be played at the New Orleans Arena Sunday February 16 and will reach fans in more than 215 countries and territories in more than 40 languages.
