2014 Guinness International Champions Cup Teams Revealed
MIAMI GARDENS (CBSMiami) – The full lineup for the 2014 Guinness International Champions Cup was released Tuesday morning and looks like a who's-who of some of the biggest soccer teams in the world.
The tournament, which is in its second year, will be played from July 26 to August 4 in 13 U.S. cities. The tournament will finish in South Florida with the semifinals and finals matches played August 4 at Sun Life Stadium.
The list of teams scheduled to compete in the Guinness International Champions Cup includes: Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Real Madrid, Roma, and Olympiakis.
Combined, the teams in the tournament have won 27 UEFA Champions League titles.
The tournament could pull in one of the biggest crowds for a sporting event that Sun Life Stadium has ever seen if some of the top teams make it to the finals.

Last year, more than 67,000 fans came to Sun Life Stadium to watch Milan take the third place game and see Real Madrid beat Chelsea in the championship game.
While the Champions Cup will bring world class soccer to South Florida in 2014, all eyes are still on international soccer superstar David Beckham who is expected to announce a new MLS team in Miami on Wednesday.
"I think Miami is a great community for football, its star quality here in Miami. I think that's what sells. I think David Beckham will do well here," said Charlie Stillitano, president and CEO of Relavant Sports. "I think a good team here will do quite well and that's the important thing, that they get it right. Ion't know who David has involved in it but I'm sure he has top quality people and that will serve him well."
The success of the 2013 tournament finale at Sun Life stadium showed the world that South Florida is becoming an international focal point for soccer.
"In the past it was almost exclusively baseball and boxing and horse racing and of course American football," said Stillitano, "But now I think you see a really Latino influence and it's really become a hotbed of soccer."
Tickets for this summer's final at Sun Life Stadium go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m.
