2 Dead On Miami-Based Cruise Ship Docked In Boston
BOSTON (CBSMiami/AP) – Miami-based Norwegian Cruise Lines is investigating the deaths of two passengers on one of its luxury ships.
Massachusetts State Police say the cruise ship Norwegian Dawn docked in Boston Friday after two passengers died.
Police responded to the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal after the NCL ship docked at 6:30 a.m.
Police say a 67-year-old woman appears to have died of natural causes and the death is not considered suspicious.
The cause of death of a 23-year-old man is unknown and his cabin is being processed for possible evidence.
The passengers died Thursday, but their deaths are not considered connected.
No names were released.
Miami-based Norwegian Cruise Line said the ship was returning to Boston after a seven-day cruise to Bermuda and the company is working closely with police.
