$10K Reward Offered For Bank Robbery Information
MIAMI (CBS4) - A $10-thousand reward is being offered by the FBI for information that will lead to the capture of a man who robbed a southwest Miami-Dade Bank of America branch.
It happened last Friday morning at the bank branch on Bird Road and 98th Avenue. The man, who was wearing an eye patch, walked in and demanded money from a teller. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash he left, leaving behind a box which he said was a bomb.
It wasn't.
The FBI said the man made his escape in a silver four door 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix with tinted windows and Florida tag of 535 XVX.
Anyone with information on the man or the car is asked to call the FBI at (305) 944-9101.
