Ventura County residents were sent fleeing from their homes as they faced mandatory evacuation orders due to the quickly spreading Mountain Fire in Moorpark. “We’ve never seen anything like this before, never thought anything like this would happen to us," one resident said of the swiftly unfolding situation Wednesday.
