West LA neighborhood rallies behind gardener who had his tools stolen just days before Christmas
After Jose Lopez had his tools stolen from the back of his truck in broad daylight right before Christmas, his clients in the Palms neighborhood have rallied to resupply his tools and make sure he can stay on his feet. Rina Nakano reports.
