Video shows suspect in arson at Panorama City home
Surveillance video shows the moment an arson suspect approached a Panorama City home, walking up and appearing to light something just before the front porch went up in flames. Arson investigators are now looking into who was behind the crime and whether there was some sort of explosive or other substance involved.
