Toddler struck and killed by Amazon van in Irvine
A 23-month-old girl was killed after she was hit by a driver in an Amazon van in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Irvine. The driver stayed at the scene, and while police are investigating what caused the tragedy, they said that alcohol or drugs do not appear to have been a factor.
