Threat of power outages remains as strong winds continue to batter Southern California

The Inland Empire was one of many regions at risk of getting their power services shut off, with thousands of customers already impacted throughout Tuesday, as strong winds continue to batter the area and bring increased risks of devastating wildfires. Nicole Comstock reports.
