Teenager arrested for attempting to take San Bernardino County deputy's car during street takeover
Nicole Comstock reports from Highland, where a 15-year-old boy was recently arrested after investigators determined he was part of a group that punched and kicked a San Bernardino County deputy's patrol car and even tried to get control of the vehicle.
