Suspect shot and killed by Los Angeles police near North Hollywood shopping center
Los Angeles Police Department officers shot and killed a man after he fired shots at police officers three different times as they tried to detain him in the Valley Plaza shopping center area, according to police. Jasmine Viel reports.
