Suspect in downtown LA Target shooting arrested after hours-long standoff
SWAT teams from the Los Angeles Police Department set up a perimeter around a Westlake District apartment complex Tuesday after receiving a tip about a suspect accused of shooting two security guards at a downtown Target store last night.
