Michele Gile reports from Tustin, where a homeowner narrowly avoided serious injury when a massive tree was toppled by the strong winds on Monday. A new Santa Ana wind event has wreaked havoc across SoCal in the form of flipped big rigs and even a downed lamp post at Disneyland that left multiple people injured.
