Stolen car suspect speeds down DTLA streets, flees in reverse before arrest
SkyCal was following a wild pursuit near downtown Los Angeles on Monday, when a grand theft auto suspect could be seen speeding down busy city streets, fleeing from officers in reverse and even running on foot before he was finally taken into custody.
