Red Cross steps in after dozens displaced by Chinatown apartment fire
When a fire spread through an apartment building it Chinatown, it left six people injured and dozens of residents in the building displaced as their homes were destroyed or heavily damaged. Now, the Red Cross is stepping in to offer help.
