Playground at Manhattan Beach elementary school tagged with racist graffiti
Rick Montanez reports from Manhattan Beach where a local elementary school's playground was defaced with hateful, racist imagery and language just a day after the city returned Bruce's Beach to the ancestors of the wealthy Black couple it was wrongly taken from more than a century ago.
