Officials hoping to cleanup trash-filled encampment along Santa Ana River
Michele Gile reports from the Santa Ana River in Newport Beach, where city officials are hopeful to begin cleanup of a trash-filled encampment along the bank. They've run into issues however, as the area is federally protected land.
