OC teacher, ministry leader arrested for sexually assaulting teenage girl
Sonny Angel Cabugao Boloico, 39, was arrested on Oct. 31 for allegedly assaulting a teenage girl and recording her while she was nude. Police are now searching for potential additional victims.
