NBA unveils Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Social Justice Champion Award
To honor the on court legacy and social justice impact left behind by the continuing work of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the NBA has unveiled an award to be given out to the player who best exemplifies the work of a social justice champion that Abdul-Jabbar exemplified both during and after his career.
