Moreno Valley man arrested for allegedly torturing two women inside his home
Gilberto Puga was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment and torture on Monday after two women are reported to have escaped from his Moreno Valley home, after he allegedly trapped them inside. Nicole Comstock reports.
