More than a dozen motorcyclists arrested after leading police on brief chase near Temecula
The brief chase came to an end just north of Rainbow Valley Boulevard on Saturday, creating a snarl of traffic as the 13 motorcyclists were arrested off the side of the 15 Freeway.
