Milagro Cinemas, first Latino owned theater in Norwalk, opens its doors
Milagro Cinemas, the first Latino owned and operated movie theater in Norwalk, opened its doors to the public on Friday. It's equipped with state of the art technology including luxury reclining seats, Dolby Surround Sound and 4K laser projection.
