Mexican Independence Day celebration held in Compton
Dozens of people gathered in Compton on Saturday to celebrate Mexican Independence Day. The event, which Mayor Emma Sharif says is important to make sure that all of her constituent's cultures are respected, featured traditional artwork, cuisine and music from Mexico.
