Los Angeles must pay $21.7 billion over 10 years to end homelessness, city report says

Getting the thousands of homeless people Los Angeles into housing would cost an estimated $21.7 billion over the course of a decade, according to a new city report. It's a massive amount the local government can't currently afford.
