LAPD officers chase possibly armed man riding motorcycle in West Hills
LAPD officers were engaged in a lengthy pursuit with an allegedly armed man in West Hills Thursday afternoon. The chase started when officers were dispatched to his home after they were told that he was waving a gun on the balcony of his home.
