LAPD issues citywide tactical alert due to protests downtown
Sky9's Desmond Shaw reports from over downtown LA where LAPD has issued a citywide tactical alert after protests related to Roe v. Wade were declared an unlawful assembly. In front of a city hall, LAPD has called for a skirmish line as well.
