LAPD arrests boy in connection with theft of two French bulldogs, dogs not located
Los Angeles police say a 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection with the theft of two French bulldogs from their owners during an armed robbery on the Sixth Street Viaduct earlier this month. The dogs, however, have not been located.
