LAPD and CHP possibly track down suspect to an apartment near Reseda and Van Nuys
The suspect fled the scene before additional officers arrived. However, the Los Angeles Police Department and CHP went to an apartment complex near Reseda and Van Nuys after receiving a license plate number of the vehicle the officer pulled over during the shooting. Desmond Shaw reports.
